Q: Has my order shipped?
A: After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site or go to the account login page to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Q: I received the wrong product. What can I do?
A: If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service. and keep your invoice as we will require it.
Q: How do I return my product?
A: We want you to enjoy the products that you have chosen. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please review the guidelines available on the Shipping and Returns page.

Q: How much is my shipping?

Free shipping is available on orders of $99 or more, calculated before taxes and fees and after all discounts or promotional codes are applied.
Orders under $99 shipped within the lower 48 United States are subject to a
flat shipping rate of $5.95 for the first item and flat rate for additional
items.
International orders are charged $14.95 for the first item and flat rate for each
additional item unless the order total meets or exceeds $99, at which point
free shipping applies.
Post-purchase add-ons are excluded from the free-shipping threshold.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, we do.
Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.
Q: What are your Estimated Shipping Times?
A: Shipping times are between 4- 8 business days after order processing. Please refer to the Shipping and Returns page on our website.

Q: How do I create an account?
A: Click the "Login / Signup" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
Q: How do I edit my account information?
A: If you need to edit your information, you can make changes to your account through our "My Account" portal. Go to the top right hand side of our site to find the portal or you can visit the account login page.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
A: Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site or go to the account login page. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Recover Password". That link will send an email to you with your password.
